Ingredients
250g Protein plate beef free strips (available in the chilled plant-based section at Woolworths)
1 cup Cabbage
1 Carrot
½ cup Bean sprout
1 Spring onion thinly sliced
440g Thin Hokkien Wok Ready Noodles
32g Chow Mein Base
250ml (1 cup) boiling water

Method
STEP 1
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large fry pan over high heat.
STEP 2
Add garlic and fry until golden brown before adding Protein Plate Beef Strips and frying for 3-5 minutes until brown’
STEP 3
Shred cabbage, grate carrots and toss into pan.
Simmer for 2 minutes or until the cabbage is wilted.STEP 4
Next add your water and chow mein base and stir through until sauce thickens before adding noodles then stir through
STEP 5
Finally, add spring onion and bean sprouts and simmer until sprouts wilt
